In want some input on my indecisive and irresponsible behavior as a fish owner!

Excellent Advice......I would go for a Jag in place of the BP and the FM.

Add some Dithers........
 
OMG, a jag, incredible! I would probably have to get one that was decent size, I'd say at least 3-4 inches.

I'm getting PUMPED! I went from thinking about downsizing to getting a JAG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Keep in mind that most people posting are considering the current sizes of your fish, rather than the future sizes. At my store we have a black belt that would absolutely be too big for the dimensions of your 120.
I agree that you are not overstocked at the moment. Should you decide not to get anything new and not to get rid of anything, in time I would guess the dempsey, BP and firemouth would all be laid to waste. After that, it is anyones guess.
 
Those would be good choices to keep. I would hate to see any of the fish get destroyed. Those three fish are beautiful and healthy. Maybe I should just keep a close eye on everything and make a move when appropriate.

A jag would be great, but I would want to keep it long term, I get too attached to these guys!

I agree 100%. This is great advice considering you said upgrading to a bigger tank is not an option.
