Indo Datnoid Price

Here is the indo I bought yesterday. The price was $160 and he is 4-5" minus $35 for a 14" kelberi I traded at my lfs. Not a big market here in San Francisco for peacock bass due to smaller houses which means smaller tanks. Anyways as for the dat, the owner said this will be the last indo be gets for a while so I'm happy I got him so now I have 3. Have him quarantined right now and will try to put him with the others in a week or so.

Nice pickup.. 3 is a good number when you keep dats. 2 just seem to fight more.

Yes I always had 3 or more together but sold them off due to tank space. The only problem now is the size difference between the 3. This new Dat will be so much smaller and hope he doesn't get bullied but I have another tank to switch fish around if neccessary. Once again thanks for your input. Very good to know!

So,pulchers ARE actually being bred on some farm? I would love to learn more about that.

They are and also indos are being farm bred that’s why you see monster and other people getting small ones, color morphs and sb.

I so sure about undos begin farms breed can u proof one farm that can breeds them. People can also said buying a 911 is stupid as it if man made. Get some clean indo 3s in since u have the connection and can get them for a few buck each we all would luv to take them off your hand. What u said show us we are the fool since we over paid and u can get them so cheap help us all out and bring them in. Just don’t tell us that it cheap. @funwow have a better understand of to where and how these fish are coming in

I so sure about undos begin farms breed can u proof one farm that can breeds them. People can also said buying a 911 is stupid as it if man made. Get some clean indo 3s in since u have the connection and can get them for a few buck each we all would luv to take them off your hand. I won't knock anyone for paying whatever they have for the fish that they wanted but I will say that the price gouging has gotten way out of hand for both species.....on the other hand,I am all for capitalism,especially as long as buyer and seller are happy.

Agree just don’t call people stupid for buy what they like. As we put value on everything. We buy if u don’t like it it worth nothing to u. But to s person that want or need it then it worth it to them to each his own
