Insane purchase, ideas please

You guys are waaay overestimating the volume of this thing.

Its 34 gallons.

32.87 gallons. Yeah, easy on the stocking! lol

I think a bunch of small tetras would be great. A light sand bottom accentuated with small rocks and plants and a few corys

Thanks for all the ideas guys, I'll do some reading up on the suggestions

I like the idea but I would make one suggestion. I would do a smaller power head coming in on the bottom side and then put a bigger power head more towards the top of the thank. This way it will churn some water and still have a little slower movement on the bottom to give the fish a break at times.

First of all nice tank! And I think the tank would look nice with a large school of Lemon Tetras accompanied by some Rams Cichlids and some maybe Severums. And of course a school or Corydoras catfish and alot of plants and some black gravel and some Loaches. Oh and some peaceful Knifefish!

Putting a chunk of driftwood and a rock or two, will make for some good cover, just like in a river. Just one inlet near the top and a lower outlet on the opposite end will make for some good back eddies, and still give you some fast water too...

First time I have seen a tank like that. Cool. You certainly keep yourself busy!

My first thought when I saw the thickness front to back...WALL TANK!

I have been wanting to do it for awile, that thing looks perfect for it.

exodon tank!!

Badis was reading my mind before I read his post. That would make the greatest hillstream loach tank ever. North american native tank would be a great way to go too (chubs, minnows, etc.).
I also agree with the native creek tank
