There are definitely fish that can hurt you lol

My firewood cat has stuck my arm, stingrays (duh) and anything with a complex (aimara and the like) can all do some damage. Just be careful with fish that have the hardware to do damage and don't move big fish alone

Since it’s been brought back from the dead I’ll add my $0.02 with a personal story. Back when I was a wee lad and lived with my parents, I had multiple tanks in my room and I stayed in my room for most of the time. About 16 hours a day in 80%+ humidity for months/years. I eventually developed upper respiratory bronchitis because of the conditions and it was awful. I highly encourage anyone to be doing what I did to get a dehumidifier.
