Is it a GATF!?!

Goliaths get 3'+ in home aquariums so you will need atleast a 10'X5'deepX2'tall due to their lack of turning.

I'll take a guess n say it should max out around 2'.
I am guessing my Vittatus ATF is about 4 years old and is about 16-17", so you should have 2-3 years to upgrade if your tank is not big enough :D

Well I guess you have a point lol. I have my atf in a 125 for now, and have a 350 on the way. The reason I thought I could keep it was that I heard they were slow growers, but I see what your saying. I kinda wish he was a vittatus though. I guess its because I don't hear very much about forskalii
 
In my eyes thats 100% Vittatus. skinny, probably why it looks forskalii. That head is way to big in comparison to the body to be foskahlii.
 
I figured if it wasn't a GATF it would be a vittatus, but then the sticky said that forskalii is another name for vittatus. I don't know the differences between the two.
 
I am a big Vittatus Fan n the only way I would own a Goliath again is due to a School of ATF's. Other than that I hung up the Towel on Goliaths. One of the most boring fish next to Mala's (Common Log Wolf).
Keep that guy n beef him up w/Pride bro. I have yet to see a Large ATF other than Vittatus or Goliath :D

I will! haha. I could tell they didn't feed him because when I told them to feed him he ate like 4 goldfish. It was crazy. I want to get him on Market shrimp. One step at a time. Gotta fatten him up first.

Could be as most juvi ATF are hard to ID aside from Goliath but look at "Shadowstryder" Vittatus n his has a different body build. Thicker (aside from eating), yellow tail That is also pointed at the tips n head shape. This one looks like the type All-Happy has brought in the last 2 imports. Forskoli, Tanz... whatever, just don't look like Vittatus to me :D
 
Oh boy haha. I just need a consensus on what this bad boy is haha. ANy body else have an input?

Here's a pic of H. Forskahlii & H. Vittatus, should of taken a picture of them together when i had them all in one tank so you can see the difference better, maybe next time.
