If I put something Dark on top there will be no lighting... So so I keep 1 light on inside the tank so there is atleast some light? or just leave the lights off and keep tank dark? and put something on top?

A Silver dollar or some other fish tank mate huh??? Hmm.... i can definately do that go buy something that would give my RTG some company. Should I get a pleco??
Didn't think about lights, you still need them on to enhance its colour.
Not a pleco they do nothing, i was thinking about something that swims pretty quickly but is completely none aggressive and too big to eat.

Reduce level a couple of inches and add ketapang leaves and salt..... it brought my mine back from chipped scales. I would knock him out with clove oil or transmore and cut the tail so it grows back evenly.

I was thinking about reducing the water like 50%.

Whats the point in lowering the water level? Is this meant to prevent jumping? If it is, theres no point in doing it, it'll jump if it wants to regardless of whether or not you lower the water level. Its more ideal to have as much water as you can in there right now anyways. The last thing you want is to have less water to dilute waste leading you to a whole bunch of other problems while you have a fish in there with so many open injuries.

75Gallon 48x18x21 , 11" , No Mates in tank just RTG.

11" aro in a 75 gallon. This is not something reccomended, and more than likely a contributing factor to your issue.
An 11" asian aro should be kept in nothing less than 48x24x24 and a 72x24x24 as it grows older.

^ General rule 3 times the length and width is same as the fish or bigger depth is not an issue, right now his tank's OK, although bigger is better.

Where do you have your tank? In the loungeroom, bedroom?
Is it in a place where people move back and fourth alot? Maybe something outside the tank is spooking it?

Aros jump all the time, my one has been fine for the last 6 months and out of no where the other day jumped and thrashed around losing 3 scales and scratching his face and head.

I also find that fish are generally less skittish in a larger tank so maybe you need to upgrade, in the next few months you will probably need to do it anyways.

The tank is in the living room. Mm... not too many people in and out. I have no idea why my aro is jumping so often. Jumped once.... then jumped again a week after. But when I'm home and he see's me he swims a bit more seems more at ease although sometimes he still hides from me now... but before he would swim up to the tank and stare at me always curious about my movements or where I'm going. Like right now he's like trying to impress me or something swimming against the current maker...

Is he lonely or somethign? Should I get him a tank mate pleco? or Parrot fish??

I'm gonna head to the LFS tomorrow and see if i should operate on him to cut off the left over tail fin. The top 2 bone is already broken I can see.... =( so might as well cut the rest off.... ugh.... I dont even wanna do taht though... unless i have to..

I'm lost here guys... I dont know what else to do to prevent this from happening again.

I've to disagree.. I've kept a green arowana in my 65g before from juvie till he's 18" & never once did he jump.. Well maybe once, on the day I net him out to a bigger tank..
