Also, to OP, ZO6's say ZO6 in the center of the tac. The tac is out of view in both of the interior pics. Since it still has the stock instrument cluster, it will say zo6 there. If it is a ZO6, it is 405 horse. If it isn't, it is 350 horse.

frnchjeep, have you ever ran your Monte with the stock spoiler? Did u think the car handled different?

To be honest, it is really hard to tell, and your mind can play tricks on you. I think it was a little looser when I had to take it off, but it could be in my head, too. I'd have to imagine that at double and triple the speeds we are running, it would be much more noticeable. There is another track that I've been to a few times that doesn't have a spoiler rule. There are some guys there that made a spoiler out of sheetmetal that is bent on a 45 ish degree angle and riveted to the trunk lid and it sticks up about 6 inches. They swear by them. They seemed to be handling well, too, but that can't really be credited to the spoiler without knowing what the rest of their setup was.

i doubt it also.....260 is hard to breach even with the bugatti vehyron.....pusing 1001 hp...............i dont believe that vette can reach 260 unless fully loaded with 1000 shot of nitrous.......210 possible......alot of B.S comes from alot of money.....and alot money comes alot of B.S.........

While I agree it is not even remotely possible to achieve the speed with that vette, this comment about needing 1k+ hp to reach those speeds still bothers me.

The Z06's LS6 has the red engine cover. Engine sure looks stock as well, no obvious power adders to help achieve the HP numbers quoted. Its just a base model Vette with a body kit.
