A way to lesson aggression that supposedly works is to put the FH in a net and put the hood on top of that net.
So that the FH is in the water, yet it's seperate from bothering the other fish. Then when it calms down release it back into the rest of the tank.
I know, I don't get the point of the idea either.
But I say try it out anyway.
Nice FH, I don't really like them (just my opinion), but your's is nice.

Using the extra tanks will solve the problem but not correct it. I think that you should try the net method to see if it works. If it does than you'll be able to get more fish without the fear that your FH will bully the new fish
