Is this a good filter?

I probably will add an AC 110 in the near future (next pay check) hint hint... a couple of days =) but I am still torn between getting rid of my two EBJDs or my Oscar...

I have to choose BC my mom is fed up with me buying stuff for my fish, and she will NOT let me get another tank...

Im so sad though because all three are beautiful fish... I MIGHT be able to talk her into letting me buy this 130G tank for $100 though... so fingers crossed

dont I need a UGF for a powerhead? I have no idea how those things work =/

No, a powerhead hooks to the side of the glass and draws water through its backside and shoots the water out the front to circulate water.
I'd seriously buy lids for that tank before I'd worry about all that other stuff.
 
no I didnt get the biowheel version... well it is but it didnt come with the biowheel... but I do have the option to hook one up


and penguin- would I just need to buy 2 20G lids?
 
alright, those are relatively cheap for JUST the lid, no lights... are lights really necessary??? and if so could I just get a strip of LEDs for an aquarium?
 
can somebody give me a link to where I could buy those hoods for relatively cheap?
