Oh yeah, a nice male can definitely display that kind of color in good light!

Holy cow! It's it's it's... Beautiful! I don't think lighting is what's making it that color. Maybe it is photoshopped. It just doesn't have the glaze like coloring more of a plain purple. But that's only what I think.

I think people were claiming this to be a EBJD x Jaguar on the hybrid forums, which it blatantly is not, its just a Jag under intense blue lighting.

Some locations/bloodlines have a purple sheen to them. I had one when I entered this hobby back in the eighties. The ones I have now will show that purple sheen when they hit the light at the right angle but they are still young, thats why I bought them. I'm hoping with size and age they will look like that pic.

It doesn't look to be under any lighting. Looks like its just a camera and a flash. Nice looking fish for sure.

there was a, fish that was claimed to be ebjd X jag, but not this ...
I don't think its lighting, the gravel would be blue too.

im fairly sure its photoshop, would be very easy to do with a color replacement tool...
