Looks like its a photoshopp and a poor one at that. I could easily replicate something like this.

How is it photo shopped there is no way it's a normal color for them males at least

Agreed! Definitely normal color for good strain Jag. I see large males with purple tint all the time in my area as well. No photoshop here.

Don't think it is a guy at my lfs has told me about a hybrid jag that looks everything like the jag but blue looms amazing definitely would b cool to get hands on one

That most likely is a Honduran Jaguar. Look it up and I'm sure you will find Aquamojo's old Honduran jag. This is not a photoshopped pic but I do believe the lighting is helping the blue/purple stand out more.
