The fish on page one is a normally colored managuense. I wouldn't consider that blue. If anything....the color balance on the photo might be a little off. Here's Jumbo from years ago. Same shades and color:

Agreed! Definitely normal color for good strain Jag. I see large males with purple tint all the time in my area as well. No photoshop here.

Completely agree. Beautiful fish. Seen a few locally with the purple/blue colouring
