If you are saying that this "flowerhorn" fish is a Red Texas than you would be correct. It is 100% Red Texas. As for the quality I can't say as I am not an aficionado of hybrids. What I can tell you is I shot this photo at one of the largest importers of tropical fish on the east coast. They sell only wholesale. It is a Red Texas cichlid.
THey had some really nice stuff. Not to derail, but I like these paltinum jewel fish.
That platinum jewel is awesome! I agree with Troy, thats a Flowerhorn you posted Mojo and not a Red Texas. It may have Carpintis in it (which I don't see) but that wouldn't necessarily make it a Red Texas.
