Don't use salt with the QC, do your WC and gravel vacuming and redose as per instructions on the bottle. In an earlier post I asked for your water perameters. The Ph and hardness are the critical numbers here. Malachite Green which is one of the meds used in QC can be toxic in the wrong water chemistry. It is always important to know your water perameters when treating fish.
Is it getting ready to fall off? Or getting worse?

It looks as if its falling off to me. How is the fish acting? Does it seem like its doing better or is it acting the same or worse?

He seems likes he's doing better dad moving more, but now my flowerhorn is going bad, he keeps going up to the top.

It looks like your fh probably has ick as well. You can't see it in the body but it's definitely in the gills so that's why it's at the too by the flow. It's trying to get more oxygen. Just keep treating the tank until everyone gets better. Since your fh has it, your other fish most likely have it as well but the fh's is just more developed right now.
