good to see your tank with all the fish in it,

i just wish we could buy feeder fish here in the uk,

due to it being illigal in the uk to sell live fish as food, it keeps the price of normally guppies an others up.

today i started my tank 5 female and 2 male guppies

That sux and with the stock u have thats got to be rough do u know why they are not to be sold as food is it a crulety thing ???

also lastly the death count did go up today i went to my paretnst house for easter and when i got home and i was getting ready to do my mantanance i found 10 dead there was 0 when i left the house and 10 about 6 hours later i do not know what coused this but i have since taken out all carbon in my FX5 and replaced the whole top and middle basket with ammonia remover and did a 50% water change along with dosing with stress coat and the regular water conditioner and added a lil aquarisol for som ick preventative

i am looking a using pimafix and metafix insted of aquarisol so i can try to prevent a wider specturm of things insted of just ick to try and give them a better chance


P.S. death count % is at 3.4 if anyone wanted to know the math

i think it is a awesome idea, some of these guys will try to derail you ,most of them are either 12 year olds or haters. do your thing brother, its a excellent idea considering your circumstance.

koop171...how much do you feed your 13 P's and how often?
I'm sure you mix up their diet, just wondering...

i feed roughly 20 feeders at a time (when they get them) and mostly they get cichlid sticks and krill

i once did a lil experiment to see how many feeders they would eat if given ALOT and it ended up they ate 100in less then 30 hours so the way i figured it they can eat about 1/4 afeeder an hour

if your implying me i can only reply to that by saying i have changed ever so slightly by not going only with the FX5 but by adding sponge filter also per someones idea lol

No, not just uneducated, you can tell that they have never bred nor raised feeders before.

This thread would have been alot shorter too, if some would have read it completely before posting.

This could have been a sticky, either way it worked out, if it wasn't for all the garbage.
