Is this tank big enough for this stock?

Ya I was loling because at first I was like wtf?! Lol then I got what he's saying. He's saying that in general bass have large mouths and that's why there is a breed called largemouth bass. But, your statement is true.

Yes you are, why don't you tell everyone what your 55g currently has, all the fish that died in it also, oh and mention the 6 sunfish you were planning on putting in there. Honestly stop making threads about this, it's like your 5th and each has already been locked, take a hint.

My current stock in that tank is 3 jacks and 2 oscars none are over 5" I do weekly water changes and my tank is always clean. I also have 2 plecos and one is like 8" and the other is like 4". I just got a 2"-3" pair of convicts. I'm starting to build the tank soon. The fish have another 5 months til they outgrow the tank. It will be done by then.

you said you had three Oscars before.................
 
7 potentially large cichlids (oscars being one of the largest waste producers) 2 large plecos, also huge waste producers. at any size that's overstocked, I'd like to see an accurate API master test kit reading of your nitrates. Also you've already had dead fish in the tank and you wanted to add 6 sunfish to it... If you post any other thread regarding your future tank/stock etc, besides a "starting the build" thread, you truly are a fool.

Largemouth bass and other sunfish are established in central, and south America as well as Africa. I believe the only difference is the ones in tropical regions grown must faster and to larger sizes then populations in Minnesota eh'. I am not promoting keeping them with tropical cichlids, just throwing it out there.
