Having read the book and watched the first movie i've been dying to watch this since i heard about the remake last year...
This movie freaked the crap out of me as a kid, so i know the actor playing Penny wise this time around is going to have some large shoes to fill (pun intended)

Ah yes, The King..my favorite author.
Lots of books turned into movies..Cell, Dreamcatcher, Dolores Claiborne, The Mist, Needful Things, Misery, Thinner, Pet Sematary, Salem's Lot, Desperation and 1408 to name a few.
Then there are the series and mini series adapted from his books...Under The Dome, Bag Of Bones, The Langoliers, The Tommyknockers, The Stand and many more I can't remember.
The books are always better but I gotta say though...I am excited for It.

The dark tower series is my all time favirote book/story. I actually hope they never get around to making the movie. I dont believe any director would be able to get it right

Matthew McConaughey as the man in black and Idris Elba as Roland.
I actually read earlier that King is getting sued over Roland's character...

Both are great actors but i dont get idris elba...in the books roland is a middle aged white guy...i always pictured the man in black as a John Malkovich or james woods type of guy
