Hey mr_ifo, thanks! That helps, the problem I'm running into is all the conflicting suggestions of what the minimum space is.

Sizing wise I agree with dde, but go as big as you can bro, it's all their going to have in their lives! Plus for three snakes theres really no reason not to!!
Good luck dude (:

breeder use those little prison cells cause their animals are not pet they are breeders hence the term breeders. you just need to do some serious shopping and get the biggest you can afford and have space for, in my opinion .

okay went to wally world today...

Saw some 150quart tubs, which look perfect for ball pythons, they're about the size of a 40g breeder.

I also saw 90 quart tubs which looked more suitable for corn snakes.

Some one suggested to me to drill holes in the lids and use zip ties to secure them, and I will be stackign them anyways, so I really only have to worry about the one on top :)

That would be could bro if you stack them. That is what I used to do when I had my reptiles. If you stack them then you could use Flex Watt(http://www.proexotics.com/store/product.php?productid=16194)Heat tape that is hooked up to a dimmer switch to intertwine in between the tubs at one end. Then you could stack the tubs on a piece of insulation/plywood that is cut to the same size as the tubs.

I would imagine if you stack them best to drill holes on side of enclosure .

Sweet, thanks for the tips, that helps a lot!

Not sure what you mean, the zip ties need to secure the lid, so they would need to be long the edge of the lid.

Even though the tubs are stacked, the base is narrower than the lid, and the zip ties wont be in the way.

If you zip tie the lid how are you going to clean it through a little door flap ????????

When I was thinking about the recommendation to use zip ties, I imagined using them on one side as a hinge, then using clamps on the other.

That's all in the past anyways, I decided to go with bunjees, and the lids are very secure now.

Since they are still babies, they are in 28qt tubs, once I get a couple hundred grams on them, I will upgrade them to 105qt tubs.
