I'VE GOT EGGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
You might have to get a divider for a 65 or 75, since you have a 40 breeder the width is bigger than the standard one.
Now for the white eggs, you are almost always going to find a few in every batch of eggs. It's a lot of work for the male to follow along exactly on the line the female has laid the eggs.
You know, if you keep this up, your going to end up with tanks all over the place. Hey wait, that's me :)

As long as the female culls the fungal eggs you may get some wrigglers, if not, give them a few more tries, you will get fry soon enough

I didn't even think about that. I'll have to return this one if I can find the receipt and try to find one. Thanks for making me think of that!

I wish I was able to get more tanks for this. I feel so unprepared. My poor severum looks so sad with all of those eggs and no male to help her. I hate seeing it. Lol. I'm just a mushy person. I still can't get over the amount she laid and that she even did it to begin with since I don't even have a male for her. Its amazing to me. Maybe one day I'll be able to get a few more tanks. I've found some awesome deals on craigslist tonight. Makes me wanna go get some of these tanks!

I plan on it. I just wanna give them the best chance I can in an aquarium setting. I want to see where this goes with them. I got super excited since this is the very first time I've ever seen fish lay eggs. I'm super new at being a fish keeper, but I love my fish.
