Jags sex ID please

Got a pair of jags from an LFS which is really rare here in my country (albeit, hard to find)

Can you guys pls confirm if I got a he and a she, tia.

My camera really sux but I hope these can be more defined

I am thiking that the fish facing the right in the first photo is the male (has bluish-purple tints on the dorsal and caudal parts) and the 2nd photo would show the female (gold hue with less maze/spots) if I understood correctly the topics about sexing them I've read prior to getting them

From the second set of pictures I would say the one on the left is definitely female. As for the one on the right, I'm leaning towards male but it's hard to say at the moment. It'd be interesting to see how it looks once it's grown another inch or two

I agree with bigger/older. nothing 100% percent till a good 8" and well over a year old.
