How long should i continue treating the infection after it disappears? Its almost gone, but i can still see a tiny bit left...

treat it for as long as the directions tell you to, definitely dont cut it short because you dont see anything anymore, thats awesome that it is going away how did you end up treating it? but yeah just finish the cycle of treatment and you should be good, could probably do an extra cycle as well if you have left over medicine just to be sure
Its gone now.. thanks guys.. Ive noticed it likes to chase the bubbles around the top of the tank (From the Airstone), should i get a floating ball or soemthing for it to chase around? or will that piss it off? (I have to get rid of the Airstone...)..?
Some fish, especially oscars love a ping pong ball in their tank as it gives them something to chase around. Just make sure that it's hard enough to withstand the teeth on a jag 
And as for the air stone, if he's enjoying it then I'd leave it in there. You can never have too much 02 (not talking diffused saturation) and it'll only help and not hinder a fishes recovery rate..
