Oh! A see-through feeder fish! Cool!
Good one...With this milestone accomplished I guess we can expect to hear about datnoides breeding in the near future.

this is sick imo...

why do we need to have a see through goldfish?

id rather something be disected that go around altering genes and ******* with mother nature just so we can find out how a gold fish's heart beats.

maybe if they spent the money they spent on this project to do something like oooh i dont know clean up the pacific trash island or further recycling campaings something of that nature at least the money would have been put to good use.

That was my point also....I've heard about that trash island but I did'nt know if it was true.I guess it's time for Google.

Eh, I wouldn't say that. The Goldfish were genetically altered, right? It's not like they dipped it in acid, stripped it of its imune system, and stabbed it dozens of times, lol

Why do u think this is a bad idea.... When is see through , scientists can learn about the fish internal organs, without have to killing it, then they can use that information to use on bigger fish and learn from that so you dont see that wild fish keep dieing out.

And tellme this is it a waste of tax paying dollars to do research on a plant that nobody really cares about such as a dandeliion and find out that is the cure to many disesase and viruses? Thats just like this they can develope and learn many new things from this goldfish.

Done :P

Nope. Selective breeding.
