It is very hard for even the most seasoned communicators, to stay inbounds and not flame in these threads from what i've seen This Japstyle tank has given me an idea. I am going to turn my house into a Japstyle house. I am going to move everything into one room buy alot of airfreshener and invite everyone in my family to some live with me. Hey we might be all cramped up and hate each other but the house will be springtime fresh and thats what matters

We seem to be doing fine so far.
I vented while getting my opinion out,others vented while getting their opinion out,some just plain got their opinion out,and unless I am mistaken we have done it all without seriously offending each other.
I didn't have a problem with that tank with the dats and oscars.. It was definetely over stocked but everything was small enough to have plenty of room to swim and everything, the fish just need to move around each other... but the first pick with the 2 gigas is just wrong!! if they can't even turn it's time to think about getting a tank like x10 that!
fish healthy + owner happy = good enough for me
my tanks generally are overstocked by internet gurus standards, but not anywhere near j-tanks. I just like to have a little more room myself.
