Just be dam sure that those insects haven't been pelted with insecticides...hard to do at best... I know it is tempting, but they could be fatal to your Aro...just go with comercially available insects bred for fish food, if insects are what you want.

Uhhhh, well.........I am not sure if I can find me sum roaches around my home, lol. Last time I seen a Roach was when I lived in Las Vegas.... those things walked the sidewalks more than people did. Also sumthin I am curious about is my current in the tank? Do Aro's like alot of current or not?
