I think I might get GT. I mean I love dempseys but overall I want a fish that will come up and "greet' you and jacks don't seem like that type of fish. I still like the look of jacks. They have that stocky bull dog face that I love in cichlids and they grow faster. So in other words im still split...

GT, all day. Im not a fan of JD's. Some have very nice colors but I dont the shape of them once they get big. Now GT's on the other hand are by far one of the prettest south americans!!
