Came in packaged great. I dropped in some tilapia an hour after acclimation and my new bichirs from Jurassic aquatics flew to the food before my others. I will definitely order from mike and Kevin again.

Jurassic Aquatics is a great vendor. I've ordered two times from them. Haven't been disappointed. Great quality fish,great service and great deal. They are willing to work with their customers. For sure, I will deal with them again in the future! Thanks!
 
I can't say enough great things about these guys! Their customer service is one of the best, if not THE best, I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Mike was very helpful and accommodating from the very start. I had about a million question since this is the first time I'm owning a poly and he was very patient with me. When I went through a mini-cycle (which lasted weeks), he was very nice about holding on to the polys I wanted until I get my tank back in order. I even got to pick the Palmas I wanted and they came in nicely/securely packed in cargo. I could go on and on about how great my experience was but I think we can all agree that these guys are the best! :)

Thank you very much once again for all your help! I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know who are looking for a polypterus. :)
 
Jurassic Aquatics was amazing to work with. Communication and customer service was the best I have ever experienced online. I live in an area where not only are these fish hard to come by, but shipping is also a pain in the ***. The livestock received was outstanding. The pbb and farana are exactly what my tank needed. I will be dealing with Jurassic Aquatics in the future. Thank you, Mike, for making it happen.
 
Purchased a Congicus and a Mokelembembe. Positive experience, great sellers with nice fish. Look forward to dealing with them again in the future. Thanks Mike and Kevin
