That would be cool, we could use more in the hobby. All the 5 Spot type Hemichromis can be tricky. Good luck, I hope too hope you get a pair.

I collected a few more rocks out of the river today after work. Got them scrubbed, rinsed, and put in there. Took some pics for about an hour, I'm going to Photobucket to see if I got any worthy of posting, I should get a few new ones up before I go to bed.

wow i like your lunar shots, i want to get some for my tank since it's usually pitch dark at night (conserving energy here in California, and to prevent algae growth due to natural light source).

Would you mind telling me where you bought them? I have a 50 gallon tank which is about 48 inches long, i might get two or so.

I bought the aquarium setup at Jacks Aquarium in Dayton, the lights were part of a premium upgrade in the package. I thought about getting a futon to put down there.

Uh oh, detected an ich outbreak. Going to try knocking it out with increased temperature. At 83.9 now (started raising it last night), going up tp upper 80s. I might medicate if it esculates, I'd hate to interupt the cycle though.
