  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
if i were you i would buy a emerald crab... they chow hair algae. well at least mine did.

K, I ordered a DIY clean up crew from liveaquaria.com . Should be cominng tommorow

whaddya get?

instead of the emerald i would get like a sally lightfoot, i think they just look better

Lol, I didnt get sallyfoot or emerald(ordered before read post). Heres what I got for 61.00 free shipping. 7 scarlet hermits, 5 dwarf red tip hermits, 4 turbo snails, 5 cerith snails, 4 nassarius snails, 1 brown serpent star.

I got them today, everything fine, except for the star lost a leg(leg was in bag). What cause this? Will it recover? Its hiding under the rock, right now.

it'll keep hiding.. that's just what they do

it'll grow back if the water parameters are in order.. probably just the stress of netting

OK, New Stocklist Any suggestions welcomed

Fish: Exquisite Wrasse, Mated Pair of Percula Clowns, Blue Spotted Jawfish
Invertabrae:RBTA(will it host with the percula clowns?), cleaner shrimp

Already have: Assorted snails/hermits and two peppermint shrimp.
Brittle Star
What you think?

Also can some1 suggest some corals that could work in this tank?
thx

+1 BSJ.. mail to BIGgourami's house :D

yeah percs should get hosted in a bubble tip

maybe 2 shrimp? i always think they look better when there's more than one

sounds goo

how long was it set up?
maybe some mushrooms, xenia, green star, daisy star?

almost a month now, but Im waiting longer before I put anything else in it. I will be ordering everything from live aquaria's divers den(wysiwyg). I have a hitchhiker mushroom that I like, so maybe more of those. What about bubble coral or brain coral? Sun polyps?
Oh i cant do pics but can you help me identify this hitchhiker? On one peice of live rock, there are several of these spherical things growing out of the rock. They slightly move in the current and they are a faint red. What led lights on, they are a greenish color. Can u identify this? thx

could be shriveled zoo or other polyps.. really hard to say from that description and no pic...

i would wait off for the harder corals, start with things like xenia amd shrooms which will grow in bascially toilet water

I havent seen my starfish in a week. Is this normal? I usually see its arms sticking out. Do you think it died?
