Finally was able to get a couple of pictures. I don't know why but he keeps showing up really light in pictures. He's a lot darker then he looks.

I agree, hope you gots from a reputable breeder. Maybe if you had more natural lighting and turned off the flash.

Now that one looks like what it is Torres,nice Ray!..just as a matter of interest how many rows of spines runs down the tail of this hybrid? it would also be interesting to know if theres only a single row down the tail of the Ray in question as found in all the Motoros ive ever come across.

That is possible. There were no lights on in the tank and it was fairly dark in the room. I know for a fact that it's a motor/henlei hybrid. He is getting darker, so only time will tell. Will have to see what happens.
