That is what I meant yes, it looks like mopani, and if it is, your shouldn't have any trouble keeping it on the bottom of the tank, its dense wood, also called "iron wood"
but itll tint your tank a bit, but that filters out.

BUT from the other posts im not sure what it is, still has a cool shape though

you should have glued it to the bottom or find 2 slabs to put on it. nice setup though

after the tank clears up, i will attempt to sink it if it doesnt do it naturally
