I've studied the photo a bit more and now I'm thinking that that may not be a toucan.
Hello; Nor do I. I can not recall the name but think the female makes a nest in a hollowed out tree and after laying eggs she plugs up the opening with the help of her mate leaving only a narrow slit. The male then brings food to her and the chicks for a time.

It looks like some kind of hornbill.

Yep though the one in the video doesn't have much of a 'horn' it seems, I was just about to post same:

If so, that video is even more WOW -- I've seen caged hornbill at a national park, they were super vicious and tried to full-on attack you if you approached the cage. That beak could do as much or more damage than the croc.

Looks like the well adjusted child of some poacher/dealer of exotic animals.....crocodile and a toucan,no idea on the snake type.
I agree; I feel like that could definitely be the case with this assortment of wild animals that in no way should be housed together like that.
 
Does anyone else here remember Magnus, Robot Fighter 4000AD, who lived under the ocean? Looks like his Pad.
