K1 KALDNESS

I was wondering to make K1 most effective what kind of turnover should I have? Do I need like 3 turnovers an hour of maybe 10 turnovers an hour?

First time using K1!

What size aquarium are you setting up and what are you stocking in the tank?

The higher turn over the better.. 3 would be absolute minimum imo. But I always shoot for at least 5x

The tank is 180 gallons. I have a 55 gallon sump. I will be stocking 2 mini marbled motoros and 1 African brown knifefish. I might keep a small arowana in there for a short time. I hope this helps.

I think you would be perfectly fine with 5 turnovers. Especially because you're not heavy on stocking IMO. That's what I would shoot for at least
