Kelberi in 20 long for life

hey everyone what would you say if I told you that a kelberi got stunted and was living in a 20 gallon long for life?

Is technically possible no? Maybe a 40 breeder? Just asking because I have a cichlid that was given to me and was stunted and has lived for 3 years being only 1.5" long. If he can do it in a 5gal a pbass can in a 20 or 40?
 
What kind of cichlid was it and why would you even consider keeping a cichla for the duration of it's life in such a small tank?.....get yourself a blood parrot lol.

It is a mbuna. Cause I want one so bad, I had one in a large aquarium but he died from a feeder parasite. I had to get rid of the aquarium but still want one.
 
No. At least 60g minimum if you want to push the limits of the fish.
