My vampire Pleco has been nothing but healthy over the past year, but this morning I went to work after feeding him. I came home, and I noticed the food was not eaten. I looked for him, and as usual he was in his castle hiding but something was off. I took the castle out, which revealed white discolouration on his upper body. He is slightly bloated, possibly due to eating. I feed him pellets, shrimp, and blood worms. He is active, and not sluggish at all. I researched myself, and found dropsy to be a possible cause. I've spoken with a couple people, and not everyone thinks it is. My Pleco was not burnt as he can't access the heater. Someone mentioned that he bumped into something, the only possibility with this as he went up inside the castle, and got stuck in the towers. Please help me, pictures and possibly videos provided.
