I can't believe you have the sump just sitting on the carpet... :nilly:

This is one of the most jealousy inspiring threads I've had the misfortune to read... Awesome build, and done cleaner than almost any other I've seen! And that Boesmani is just sic dude...

The UV runs 24/7. This tank didnt really need a UV. I use it like a water polisher... Works very well.

Any special model do you recommended ? I have 180 gal...

It's clean, and professional looking. It's huge (Although the rays make it look small, those are some fatty rays) it's an all around amazing tank.

However, the best thing about it ? It looks like you put it in your bedroom instead of the living room :D

Sounds lame, but I prefer tanks in my bedroom. Not quite possible when you start making something truly Monster.

Depends on your setup really.. if you have a return pump.. or canisters, or HOB filters... there are inline UVs like mine, and then in tank UVs. I used a few and they all do the same thing... some just last longer, and have longer lasting bulbs... price refects quality usually.

Thanks! I have it in my bedroom mainly because its on a concrete slab. My livingroom is on the second floor, or it would be there... but it is nice to have it in my room as well.... Although its hard to convince guests that i want to show them my rays and tank , when i say "come down to my bedroom, i want to show you somthing"
