The danios will eat pellets as long as they are small enough to fit in their mouths omega one super color cichlid pellets are a good choice for both the cichlids and danios

Does the rule how much the fish can eat in three minutes still apply for the cichlids, danios, and bichir?

No because bichirs are pretty slow but I would do 3 medium sized punches of pellets

Do you think ordering the fish when the are 5-6 inches is better or 2-3?
