Large peaceful cichlids

I want the female so they don’t breed. I am getting the firemouths when they are larger
When the females lay eggs will they be as aggressive even if there is no male?
 
Ok. I don’t want the fms terrorizing the other fish while they are breeding so that’s why I’m getting all females
How aggressive would the fms be while breeding?Would their aggression have an effect on the other fish?
 
If I had breeding pairs of firemouth cichlids do you think it would be a problem in a 125 gallon tank with a green terror, 2 Senegal bichir, and 1 delhezi bichir?
 
The firemouths might harass althevgreen terror I had 2 that paired up and attacked the heck out of my green terror
 
Do you think putting in a tank divider with small holes in it so the babies could get out, should I transfer them to a different tank, or should I stick with all females?
 
Stick with all females they both have equal color have you considered the Blue flash cichlid a more docile cousin of the firemouth

Or if you stick with firemouth there are no gender color differences

I will probably stick with female firemouths. Is a male or female green terror better?
 
Aggression is around the same but male has much better colors than female male green terrors are one of the most beautiful fish out there

Thats my profile picture. I will probably be getting a male then. Does it make a difference if I get a male or female bichir?
