Okay I swear this is the last post on this tank, I'm just trying to make sure I have this right. It's a 75 gallon tank, 30 percent weekly waterchanges, and a ph of 7.4m Right now the tank has,

1 severum
4 bolivian rams
2 german gold rams (mother went out and got these because I didnt specify that I needed bolivians)
3 pearl gouramis

I would like to add 1 or 2 small schools of fish.
I am interested in

Lemon tetras
Candy cane tetras
Boesmani Rainbowfish
Hatchetfish

Or a group of 3 pictus cats

I am also willing to replace the pearl gourami trio with a pair of eba

What are your aquarium water test results for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate?

It would be much easier to follow your plans if your questions on stocking were all in the same topic ? .

Oh yeah my bad, the tank is fully cycled. 0 ammiano 0 nitrites and 10 ppm nitrates as of yesterday and u will be doing a wc tmmr.

I would skip the gourami and add your school of tetras. I would say no to pictus because they will occupy the same area as your rams and they will annoy the hell out of them. If you get the tetras then you will have all South Americans. Just my opinion!

Also Rams will sift through sand because they are eartheaters so no need for anymore bottom dwellers.

Alright. I was basing this somewhat around the cookie cutter for 75 gallons which recommended 2 sevs 1 eba 8 giant dani's 5 boesmani rainbows and 5 banded rainbow. I replaced the 8 giant danios(4 inch) with the 6 rams. Added 1 sev and possible could do 2 eba instead? What school of tetra would be best? The Pearl's and eba are not set in stone and can be removed or not added if needed.

No need to bump a thread until 24 hours have passed since the last post.

Anyway I personally wouldn't think twice about adding a school of 6 of the lemon tetras, candy tetras, and hatchets. I wouldn't go with pictus as I find their activity level is to much for a 4 foot tank.

Let it be noted that I prefer to run my tanks at a higher stocking and as a result I do more water changes, if you were to add the 18 fish I would add then be prepared to bump that water change % higher.

Alright, will make sure not to bump too early next time. But that's good to know that i can add multiple schools, but i will probably keep it to 2 as i dont want too many schools in the tank. What would you recommend? Also is this with or without the Pearl's or/if I should swap them for a pair of eba.

Like I said I stock my tanks heavily so any suggestions I make are likely to be heavy.

Now having said that, given that you want 2 schools I would go with a school of lemon tetras and hatchet fish.
