Pacus i hate them so much!

I am with ya man. Totally lame fish, no personality, skittish as hell, and a mess to clean up after. They are all work and no reward.

Personally my least favorite fish would be the goldfish. Long list of problems with them for why I don't like them.

s2pid platties and swordtails wont breed for me!!! :irked:

Make sure the water is clean, filter cycled, and raise the temp to at least 80F degrees.

Oh, and don't forget to turn the lights down with some Luther Van Dross on the radio.

Sorry, but gotta defend the Pacus. I have 2 large ones and mine aren't skittish at all. I have 4 tanks and a pond and out of all my fish they have the most personality. Mine like to play with ping pong balls and large snails. I love watching them play together with snails. They bat them around with their tails and even spit them out of the water and chase them around. My peacock bass are way messier and harder to take care of and all they do is eat and fight.

Goldfish, without question. The cows of the pet fish world, and what I hate worse is people putting them with tropical fish. It's like your aquarium is a zoo; you have lions, hippos, gazelles, ostriches, etc......and people want to put cows in there, too.

Goldfish are boring, slow and dumb. The only half-redeeming quality is that they live a long time.

Probably my second favorite are live-bearers (guppies, platies, mollies). The "rabbits" of the fish world and also boring in their own right. Not much color variety either, except for some of the fancy male guppies.

i dislike upside down cats they seem unatural to me silly things dont know how to swim.

i completely utterly HATE OSCARS.

:D

everyone has those black or albino ones...

and i dont like the color pattern...

also, the oscar skin looks trippy.

these oscars are cool though~ :headbang2
i dont think i've seen anyone with one.
nor a picture on MFk about them.
