If you buy from that seller or any of them super cheap sellers on AC you are a fool
Everytime I see adds like this I say I like in London so would like to come and view the rays they normally say we are not in London we are in the Cameroon but if you give the guy your name address and phone number he will work out shipping costs DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY OF YOUR DETAILS
At this point I normally say your prices are great and no need for me to give you my details they will all come with my paypal payment then they normally come back with we don't have paypal in the Cameroon my reply to that is normally if you have a PC then I can't see a reason why you don't have a paypal account it's safe for the buyer and safe for the seller
If this scam pulls in one person who is foolish enought to fall for this scam then they will keep posting such adds
Come on let's be fair you would have to be a muppet to send money to a guy in the Cameroon via western union to someone you have never met
No paypal no sale at least you would stand some chance of getting your money back

tbh even through paypal if the sellors account is empty you are still screwed all they have to do is move the money out and there isnt much paypal can do
if you are handing over any large amount of money you safest bet is collect in person . there are enough people round the uk to know most ray sellors so if you ask you will most likley get a decent response with some people willing to go the extra mile and check out the rays in person for you.
ask if collection is ok and see what excuses they make . if they say its ok then see if anyone will check them out for you . cant hurt to ask and could save you getting scammed

Paypal is safe it's paypal who are garanteeing the money transfer much lick visa garantee there's
