Yes, you can tell the sex at birth. You just need to see the underside. Are you familiar with the source. You may want to get with someone like Just Toby, Ade or Aquaman to verify from whom you are purchasing from.

I am not from UK but have seen several people from there talk about scammers who advertise in that publication. That is why I say you would be wise to verify the source. Just trying to save you from getting scammed. It could be legit, but better cautious than to lose money.
