The All Ohio show in Columbus happens once a month and usually has a pretty good variety of nice leos.

That's the one I was gonna go to if I can convince my dad to drive me up there.

What's a good substrate?

wtf i never hear about this stuff n i live there...

a good d substrate is ceramic tile like in floors it is cheap easy to clean and disperses heat well, do your research a lot before getting a leo, they make good easy pets but its best to get it right the first time

I've heard sand is bad... True?

And vicious fish, I'd buy one but i dont even hav the tank yet.

yea and it has to be natural sand not that pet store crap
Im kind of a believer in dirt rather then sand and I keep quite a few of my animals in good ol dirt that I got from my back yard
i am lucky and my dirt here is bright red but I like it its a low dust level packs down extremely well and hold a burrow good
