are leopard geckos commonly sold as adults, juvies, hatchilings etc?

Yes, you can basically get them at any age.

The ones I have for sale range from 3-6 months old. I also have 2 adult females for sale.

So is reptile carpet good for juvies, when they get bigger dirt or sand?

I would go with paper towels since they are disposable, or slate tiles since they are easy to clean completely (and hold heat well). Cage carpet can be difficult to clean and if it is made up of loops, the geckos can get their toes caught

ok... sounds good...

So here's what I'll be getting when I get some cash:
Tank (prolly 10g)
Heating pad
Bunch of paper towels
water dish
food dish
Hiding area
Moist hide (They need one of these, right?)
Red lightbulb
Mealworms
Anything else I need?
And I saw some video on youtube, the guy said I need a calcium dish or something?

I would spend the extra $10-$15 bucks and upgrade to a 20 gallon long. It's hard to have a temperature gradient in a short tank like a 10 gallon. Plus it gives your gecko more space to roam. You can leave a calcium dish in the tank but it's not really necessary as long as you dust the food with calcium powder.

That's what I was thinking after watching some youtube videos last night... I saw a 10g with a full grown leopard gecko and it looked cramped... so 20g long it is.

Will mealworms or waxworms make a good diet or do I need crickets?

Good deal on going with a 20 gallon long.

Out of those 3 crickets are the best and healthiest choice. Wax worms can be fed as treats but not as a staple because they are high in fat.
