That place rules. Not sure why i forgot to mention them.

They have tons of fish. They also have a couple BIG tanks with more grown out fish.

both have websites. fishhaven.com and fountainsaquarium.com

Not a great store, only carries the beginner fish, but the owner there is the only person I know willing to special order me anything he can get...Unfortunately oddballs are not that common here in Quebec, so he's got my list and my phone number

Anyone know of any good lfs in Nor cal...Bay area. I have some I go to but thye are crap.

I'm currently in Fresno, California (in the central valley). I say Whitie's Pets is my favorite, childhood store. They've been around for forever and have a pretty good selection. Aros, Large CA cichlids, African, PBass, and Marine. I got my Jag and two Pbass from there.

I used to live in San Diego for school. I have Pet Kingdom on my list. I got my loisellei from there. I've not been to Fountains and Fish Haven. But the fact that they have large monsters is a good enough reason to check em out next time i visit.
