Majestic Reef, Wilmington NC. It's a great store with an excellent selection and knowledgeable staff, but they only do salt.

Was Alternative Aquariums, but I just dropped by and found out they had closed :'(

Big Al's - Tamarac, Florida (Awesome, like the Sam's club of fish stores!)
Barrier Reef - Boca Raton, Florida (good select, small store, knowledgeable staff, fresh and salt water)
Marks Ark - Greenacres, Florida (a bit expensive in my opinion, but they deserve honorable mention. ONLY STORE IN AREA THAT WILL BUY UNWANTED FISH AND ISSUSE 50% STORE CREDIT...as long as they have room for it and the fish is not too big)
Fish Fantasia - Greenacres, Florida (honorable mention< have to catch them on a good day)
Pet world - Plantation, Florida (very good selection, can catch some good/rare finds there)
One more in Cpral springs florida I think. I cant recall the name,
