Lol, you'll be up all night now you've found this thread. I found it and before I knew where I was it was Limerick wars with that little pest The Masked Shadow The Masked Shadow . Lol.

By the way, I violated the rules by repeating the word tank. It’s very bad form. This bothered me enough that I had to recompose the final line.

Oh, I see themaskedshadow's on show,
giving the limericks another go,
well, I have news for you bud,
and it's not that good,
old Esox is king, and you know.
 
Ugh this heat has me sweating all night!
And there is no cool weather in sight.
So until it's fall,
I'll hardly sleep at all,
But write limericks till the morning light.
