zoodiver, I don't understand... so how in the hell do I see kids and old people collecting shells and dried up small tiny peices of rock on the shore. Then I see like rastafarian guys selling necklaces they made from the very same stuff. Once again I am not talking about "live rock" from the reef. I am talking about that washed up crap that most beaches have 4 wheelers with huge rakes on the back which they clean the beaches with. They end up rakeing all this crap up too and make a big pile of it then dump. If thats illegal to take then you Americans need to really work on your legal system. Tell the cops to worry about the guys dealing drugs 15 feet behind me so me and my kids are safe on the beach and let me and my kids pick up all the dead rock we want.
