ya its gonna be gone as soon as i start work within a week and a half then i can get the black sand.. now is tere anything i need to do with the filter?

I think the filters are ok, unless you want to upgrade. How big is the tank?

the slate sitting on the wood is not a good idea. fish can bump it and it will break glass.

I think you should get a submersible heater. I was never a fan of the heaters that hang on the tank.

As a precaution, I'd try to cover some of those big gaps in your hood in case one of your fish tries to escape. Cheapest and easiest way might be to just cut some egg crate to fit.

If you want the fish to grow big anf healthy they need swim room and man that is cramped haha i think you could make it look alot better if you took out the extra stuff and elft the driftwood and added one or two plants.

Dude i wish you were closer i would hook you up with some stuff i have soooooo much stuff but yea i would ditch that gravel and most of the stuff in there fish need to hide but wow there gonna have a brain hemorage tryin to figure out what hole to hide in
