looking for a red fish

Thanks guys! I worry that red texas or oscar might eventually kill my gymnos.

Hemichromis lifalili looks great - just how "combative" are they with similar sized but drastically different looking wimpy fish?

I hope I'm not reduced to red swordtails .

even though they are african, they can coexist well with CA/SA.

Well, that's a male but you get the idea. Very peaceful except when the fish fits in their mouths. My old male, can't seem to find a decent photo of the female.

How about orange? Orange form Rainbow Cichlid aka Herotilapia Multispinosa.

I guess this is the best option left so far....they eat algae....do they eat plants too?

i forgot about red bay snooks. might wanna be careful they have huge mouths and will eat whatever can fit in their mouth
