Looking for a tankmate for my poly's.

I know about the con and the festae, an oscar would not be cool in that tank because he will propably eat some of the smaller poly's.

I think Geos would look nice, clown loaches, spiny eel, polys, anything thats nice not really territorial.

hi,a hepsetus odoe (african pike) would make an awesome addition to your tank.i have owned one for 2 years and its such a character.one would be fine in your tank.my odoe has 4 x assorted bichirs and a tire track eel as tankmates.he is very gentle with the bichirs,even if they are eating.weaning them on to live food is easy and they make a fantastic centre piece fish for your tank.if you want any more info,then dont hesitate to ask.my odoe is approx 13" now.

Thanks all, i have decided to just go with the cichlids... couldnt find anything else that i 100% liked...haha.
But i decided to go with a pair of amphilophus Rhytisma and some convicts..

African Brown Knife. Not aggressive towards fish too large to swallow(except their own species). My senegal and knife basically ignore each other.
